Curious about dramatherapy or not sure if it’s right for you? Book a free 15-minute online consultation to learn more about how this creative, arts-based therapy can support your emotional wellbeing. This no-pressure chat is a chance to ask questions, explore how 1-1 dramatherapy works, discuss your needs and get answers to your questions in a confidential setting with a qualified facilitator and therapist. This call allows us to do a preliminary assessment of your needs, discuss possible avenues of support and even give a referral or two if we don’t feel that we’re the best fit for you.
Experience the benefits of personalised 1-1 dramatherapy, a creative and therapeutic approach that uses drama, storytelling, drawing, writing, meditation, movement, and role-play to support emotional wellbeing and self-expression. 1-1 psychotherapy sessions offer personalised and tailored treatment plans to address an individual’s specific needs and challenges, providing a safe and confidential space for exploration. This approach allows for deep and specific targeted work that is based entirely on the needs you bring into a session.
These sessions are a space for you to explore vulnerable and difficult topics with the support of an experienced therapist . You’ll have important chats, be walked through meditation and visualisation exercises, map out difficult topics on the floor, write letters between different parts of yourself, explore how understanding challenging emotional content through voice and movement can change your experience of it, and most importantly, you’ll be supported the entire way
Initial Sessions are online. Subsequent sessions are offered in person in Wokingham or London and online for those in our community who are living in other parts of the UK.
Group dramatherapy offers a powerful space for connection, creativity, and shared healing. Groups often are designed for participants who are experiencing common themes (anxiety, eating disorders, divorce, etc.) so you will be with other people who *get it*.
This form of art-based group therapy uses storytelling, movement, role-play, group drawings, drumming, and other creative techniques to explore emotions, build confidence, and support mental wellbeing. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, social isolation, or simply looking for a supportive community, group psychotherapy provides a safe and inclusive environment to express yourself and grow alongside others who are experiencing similar challenges. No performance experience needed—just a willingness to explore.
